These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NYCInjury.ai, operated by AI Strategies NYC, a sole proprietorship d/b/a NYCInjury.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
NYCInjury.ai is a technology platform, not a law firm. The AI assistant does not provide legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this platform. See our AI Disclaimer for full details.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using NYCInjury.ai you represent that you are 18 or older.
The AI assistant is provided free of charge to help potential personal injury claimants understand their situation. You agree that:
Subscription. Law firm access requires a monthly subscription of $199/month, billed automatically via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lead delivery. Leads are delivered based on your practice profile (case type specializations and service area). We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads per month. Lead volume depends on platform traffic and the number of qualified inquiries matching your profile.
Cold leads. Cold leads (quality score 55–69) are delivered to all matching subscribed firms at $25 per lead, charged automatically to your payment method on file.
Auction leads. Warm, hot, and premium leads (score 70–100) are sold via timed auction. By placing a bid you agree to purchase the lead at your bid amount if you win. The winning bidder is charged their bid amount upon auction close.
Lead acceptance window. After receiving a lead you have 3 days to accept or decline. Leads not responded to within 3 days are automatically declined.
Decline policy. We impose escalating penalties for declining leads to prevent gaming:
Lead quality. Lead scores and previews are generated by AI and are estimates only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of lead scores, the viability of any claim, or that a client will retain your firm. No refunds are issued based on case outcome.
Firm profile. You are responsible for keeping your practice profile accurate. Receiving and declining leads outside your stated specializations does not relieve you of decline policy consequences.
Suspension and termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a firm's access for abuse of the platform, including but not limited to bid manipulation, systematic lead declining, or violation of these Terms.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription fee and for any leads purchased. All charges are in US dollars. Refunds are issued only as described in the decline policy above or at our sole discretion.
All content, design, software, and AI models on NYCInjury.ai are the property of AntiGravity Apps or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written consent. Lead transcripts delivered to winning firms may be used solely for the purpose of contacting and representing the client — not for resale, training AI models, or any other purpose.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEAD WILL RESULT IN A CASE BEING RETAINED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI STRATEGIES NYC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST CASES, OR LOST REVENUE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. AI Strategies NYC is a sole proprietorship d/b/a NYCInjury.ai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
